SWEET MOLE: It´s the base for a traditional dessert in Guatemala called Platanos en Mole (Plantain in sweet mole). It´s a thick sauce with original ingredients of our region, like chile pasa, red tomato, sesame, dry pumpkin seeds, handmade chocolate, cinnamonn, sugar, it thikens with crumb from Guatemalan traditional sweet bread. This plate it´s a combination between two cultures, the mayan and spanish, each adds special ingredients to have a delicious sauce. Our presentation is a dressing ready to use in combination with pancackes, waffles, toast or if you like to prepare the traditional mole, you only need to fry ripe plantain and add the dressing.
