I am a chocoholic and am always looking for the perfect cup of hot chocolate. I bought this hot chocolate at a local supermarket and was surprised at how easy it was to make a hot cup of thick, hot chocolate. All you need is 8 oz of milk in a mug, nuke it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then add two to four tablespoons of the granulated chocolate, depending on your preference (two for hot cocoa, three for Latin American style chocolate, four for thick European style chocolate). Stir and that's it - an absolutely heavenly concoction. Add a couple of pieces of cheese (Babybel cheese cut in four works great) and dip white or Hawaiian style bread in it as as Spaniards do, maybe scrambled eggs on the side, and it's a hearty meal in itself.I'm thrilled to find it on as it is very hard to find in supermarkets. In terms of other information you might want - It has 18 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams from sugar, 1 gram of protein, 70 calories. With milk, it's 190 calories - not too bad if you compare it with what you can get at your local barista's.
