Louisiana is a close second and was my favorite before I tried Bufalo. Rick Bayless turned me onto this stuff. It's fantastic! Very Earthy, not too hot, but hot enough. And it's low-cal. I use it on all kinds of stuff. Chicken, beef, pork; if I want to spice something up in a Mexican way, I reach for Bufalo. I don't buy it on . I buy it at the Latin grocer for much less than this. A little over a dollar.
