Bufalo Salsa Clasica Mexican Hot Sauce 5.4 oz

Louisiana is a close second and was my favorite before I tried Bufalo. Rick Bayless turned me onto this stuff. It's fantastic! Very Earthy, not too hot, but hot enough. And it's low-cal. I use it on all kinds of stuff. Chicken, beef, pork; if I want to spice something up in a Mexican way, I reach for Bufalo. I don't buy it on . I buy it at the Latin grocer for much less than this. A little over a dollar.

So yummy with eggs. I got turned onto this sauce by Adam Sandler of Mythbusters. on his youtube channel he was making omlettes with friends and said this sauce was really good. He's right! It's got a lot of flavor and just enough heat. This sauce is very tasty and it doesn't have too much heat. It's great on a cheese omlette, a burger, or just accidently getting some on your finger and licking it up! Great with rice too. I love this stuff!

I’m so mad I can’t find this in stores anymore. Such a great smoky, earthy, dark, rich flavor!
